SMCC Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting is held the last Sunday in February. The congregation enjoys a meal and a special program.

Reports on the year's activities are given by the directors of church programs, The Foundation, and other aspects of the life of the church. Congregant members of the Officer-Nominating Committee are elected.

The total church budget, prepared by the Board of Trustees and approved by the Session, shall be presented to the Congregation at its Annual Meeting for information and review. Suggested changes by the Congregation, except for Pastor and Associate Pastor salaries, shall be referred to the Session for final action. Salaries of the Pastor and Associate Pastor shall be reviewed and approved by the Congregation, annually, and approved by the Presbytery
